Powerful Latest Innovations

Roll Up Fields & Workspace Summaries

  • Introduced Roll Up Fields on Workspaces. This will provide ability for users to aggregate and summarize data across lists in workspaces. Example use cases include aggregating RSVP count for events, sum of numerical and currency fields to report on aggregated information on Opportunity Fees, Budget etc.

  • Roll up fields can be used on Contact, Company, Generic, Activity Lists and Opportunities on Workspaces, enabling to roll up information across a various range of datapoints from multiple list types

  • Roll up fields data can be viewed in Pages in Workspaces by using /Rollup Field command

Form Enhancements

  • Introduced two new form workflows which will power new automations on forms. Form Waitlist workflow can be used to manage waitlist for events. When an event reaches capacity, new submissions can automatically added to a waitlist by leveraging Form Waitlist feature

  • A New Form Workflow has been added for Form Expiry. This workflow can be used to expire forms after a certain date. This workflow can be used for both events and other cases when it’s needed to expire a form

  • Date & DateTime custom fields are now fully supported in forms. Submissions will now populate Date and time field on forms on corresponding lists with the date and time details improving data accuracy.

  • Form submission email notifications workflow has been improved after addressing rendering issues with some custom fields on the email notifications.

  • Introduced Fully Multiligual support for forms. Forms can now be implemented in multiple languages. For further information on implementing multilingual forms, please refer to our team.

  • Introduced Form Events that can be used to trigger custom actions such as Google Analytics tracking or dynamically adjusting iframe size on Forms.

Nexl Engage Improvements

We’ve added multiple improvements to boost campaign management, analytics, and engagement with Nexl Engage.

  • Introduced Calendar Link Generator which allows to create calendar links for major calendar providers such Office 365, Outlook, Google and Yahoo Calendar. ICS files can also now be generated using the Calendar link generator tool. Additionally, a template HTML block with calendar links can be used to automatically populate Add to Calendar sections in Emails

  • Enabled Preheader Text Support on Engage Campaigns to boost email engagement and open rates. It facilitates ability to add preview text alongside subject lines in the Campaign editor to improve inbox visibility.

  • Campaigns will now include a Download HTML option, making it easy to reuse or review your email templates outside Nexl.

  • Improved Search on Campaign Analytics: Search on campaign analytics now supports fuzzy matches allowing to find records even when search terms contain partial information

Quality of Life Updates

Better Company Management

  • Improved Company merges, ensuring accurate records across individual companies and organizations.

  • Introduced disabling Active Directory (AD) sync for individual Microsoft users, providing more control over syncing of data from AD.

  • Introduced a new option to select a configurable field to map Directory field information from AD. This will enhance company interaction insights to be populated in the spider graph view based on the appropriate field data coming from AD. For further support on this, please refer to our team.

  • Company location imports now correctly assign a single primary or headquarters location, ensuring accurate reporting and data consistency.

Pages Upgrades

  • Introduced new Toggle Block support for Pages, making it easier to organize and present content in a structured way on Pages

  • Improved File & Image Handling - Uploaded files and images now display reliably across pages, and pasting content no longer causes formatting issues, making pages smoother to create and maintain.

Multi-language Support for French

  • Introduced French Language Support for our webapp which allows to view the webapp on French. To select new language navigate to the User profile options at the top right corner and select your language preferences.

  • Translations in the mobile app have been improved, now covering features, forms, and notifications


Under the Hood Updates

Importing, Exporting & List Cleaner

  • Large list and campaign exports now run asynchronously in the background, improving performance and reducing errors for high-volume operations.

  • List cleaning is more reliable, even for duplicate-enabled lists, and provides clear status updates so you always know progress.

List Updates

  • Employees can now be added to contact lists from the Add to List modal, making it easier to internal employees to lists

  • Filters now handle AND/OR logic correctly, and saved views persist reliably—even for large datasets.

General Bug Fixes & Maintenance

  • Currency Fields: Fixed currency custom fields to ensure the correct currency displays consistently during creation and editing.

  • Search, Filtering & Data Integrity: Resolved edge cases to ensure search results, filters, and data remain accurate and reliable.

  • Calendar Sync: Calendar meetings now correctly sync declined invites, keeping schedules up-to-date.

  • Workspace Columns: Custom column reordering now persists across sessions and page refreshes for a more consistent workspace experience.

  • “Who Knows” : The panel now accurately reflects all known relationships, with tools to backfill missing data for better visibility.

  • Activity Logging: Logging and editing activities now support multiple contacts, editable end times, and improved error handling.

  • Activity Lists & Search: Activity lists and search functions are now more responsive and reliable, improving day

  • Mobile App: On mobile app, login sessions persist, translations are improved, and key bugs with activity logging and company views have been fixed
