Company Research Reports
Introduced Company Research Reports on Nexl, allowing users to quickly generate comprehensive, shareable briefs on any company—including litigation history, in-house teams, competitors, strategies, financials, and relationship intelligence.
Research reports are created using customizable prompts from your firm’s library, pulling insights from Nexl data, the web, or uploaded files. Prompts can be tailored to your needs and shared with colleagues.
Generated reports can be reviewed for accuracy and relevance, then easily shared via a secure link or downloaded as a formatted PDF for client pursuits, tenders, or internal collaboration.

List Enhancements
Introduced Advanced Views on All Contacts/Companies/Opportunities and large list view on Workspace and Apps lists in Beta. Key benefits to customers include:
Extensive filtering across Contacts/Companies/Opportunities with more than 25 new filters added
Better performance on All Opportunities with low initial loading times
Feature parity on filters on All Objects (i.e Contacts/Companies/Opps)with the associated lists in Workspaces
Ability to convert existing lists with the 10k restriction to large list views without having to create new advanced lists
Filtering by new custom field types on large list mode on contact lists: Date Time, Number, Date, Contact, Currency

Improved Company Profile
Upcoming meetings and filtering on Company Activity Feed: You can now view upcoming meetings on Company Activity feed. In addition, you can view filter Company Activity feed for Key Activities and past meetings and emails. This feature is expected to be live around end of January
Show Action Button for Personal Company Records: The “Actions” button now appears for companies created from personal email domains (like gmail.com), giving you access to all key features for private clients.
Sent Referrals Tab on Company Page: Companies now have a Sent Referrals tab, making it easier to track outgoing referrals.
New company enrichment sources Integrated a new provider (PDL Company) to automatically enrich company profiles with industry, description, and more—closing a major data quality gap.
Add loading indicator to company hierarchy update screen: Moving companies in the hierarchy now shows a loading indicator and success message, so you always know what’s happening.
Updates to Import
Clearer Import Progress and Results: The import screen will now show exactly how many records were imported, or failed, so you always know what happened to your data.
Downloadable Error Reports: After importing, you can download a CSV report listing all failed or rejected records with specific reasons, making it easy to review and fix issues.
Download imported file: You can now download imported file from the import page so you can reference for audit tracking
Enhanced Nexl Engage
Target campaigns to filtered contact lists: You can now send campaigns to filtered versions of your contact lists (e.g., only those who haven’t RSVP’d), with dynamic evaluation at send time.
Manage access to view all campaigns using role permissions: You can now manage which roles have access to view all campaigns using role permissions
Customizable consent copy: You can now define custom copies for all consent statuses such as Consent Given. Please inform our team to configure these settings
List Cleaner experience has been optimised improved for faster list cleaning and better visibility of progress when list cleaning is ongoing

Integration with Vuture
The new integration with Vuture allows EMS (Email Marketing System) connection with Vuture. It supports syncing contact and marketing lists and contacts from Nexl to Vuture and pulling back data on form submissions and email marketing activities from Vuture.
With the Nexl x Vuture integration, you can:
Connect and push Nexl Contact and Marketing Lists to Vuture
Connect Nexl Lists to Vuture Forms and sync data on Vuture form submissions to Nexl
Create Key Activities in Nexl for Email Marketing Activities in Vuture
This feature is expected to be live around end of January
Integration with KLERQ
We are pleased to announce a new integration with KLERQ, connecting opportunity management and proposal delivery in a single, streamlined flow.
With the Nexl x KLERQ integration, you can:
Develop opportunities in Nexl using relationship and engagement data
Push qualified opportunities into KLERQ for structured proposal creation
Track the end-to-end journey from opportunity to closed matter without rekeying data
The integration removes duplicate data entry and keeps BD, partners, and proposal teams aligned around a shared source of truth. To opt into our integration with KLERQ, please reach out to your CSM.

Forms updates
Set and prefill contact Job Title on forms: You can now add and update a contact’s job title directly from forms, and job title is included in form prefills.
Pre-fill contact custom fields when forms are pre-filled: When forms are pre-filled, custom fields (like marketing preferences) are now included, making updates easier for users.
Workspace lists shown as default in form workflows: The “Add to List” workflow in forms now shows the correct workspace lists by default, with clear workspace names.
Objective UI updates
Improved Objectives UI: Objectives UI will now show Last Check In date as well as a tooltip explaining how the the color updates.

General Bug Fixes Maintenance & Performance Improvements
Tags filter supports special character: Tags with apostrophes and other special characters are now searchable in contact filters.
Improve performance of loading my calendar: Calendar and meetings now load much faster on both web and mobile, thanks to the removal of unnecessary data counts.
OData Key Activities & Opportunity Syncing Performance Optimization: Syncing large datasets (like 250,000 key activities or 61,000 opportunities) to Power BI via OData is now significantly faster, reducing wait times from minutes to seconds.
UI - Fixing search close button on My List: The search close (X) button is now properly aligned and the placeholder text is always visible—no more cut-off text or awkward layouts.
Campaign analytics 4x faster: Calculations are now up to 4x faster, so you get insights without the wait.
My Lists UI not occupying full screen in latest: Fixed a bug where the My Lists UI didn’t use the full screen width, restoring a clean and consistent look.
Templates: My Lists creator permission limit cause issues for user to add to lists: Users can now access and add to company lists created from templates, as long as they have the right permissions.
Unsubscribe page references client’s name/domain: The unsubscribe page now clearly references the client’s name or domain, making it less confusing for recipients.
Add First/Last Name Fields to Add User Modal: The Add User modal now supports separate First Name and Last Name fields, streamlining user onboarding and improving data accuracy.
Improved Campaign Recipient Batching: Batch processing for campaign recipients is now more robust, supporting large-scale sends without overages.
