Build one follow-up campaign that personalises itself based on what each recipient selected in a form — sessions attended, language preference, audience segment. No more duplicate campaigns per variation.

Tips & Tricks:
Set up your form fields first (RSVP, session choices, language) — these become the conditions your dynamic content blocks use.
Create a Follow-up Campaign (not a recipient list campaign) and link it to your published form. Once active, it fires automatically on every new submission.
Add a fallback content block with no condition for content that applies to all recipients regardless of their choices.
Use the preview tool and select a condition (e.g. Session 1) to verify exactly what each recipient will see before scheduling.
Save as template before adding conditions — dynamic content blocks cannot be saved as templates once conditions are applied.
The form must be published before scheduling — republish after any edits to the form.

Tips & Tricks:
Choose "Send a follow-up" at campaign creation — this unlocks form-linking and dynamic content options not available in standard campaigns.
Set your trigger condition carefully (e.g. RSVP = Yes) — this determines who the campaign fires for on each form submission.
You can condition dynamic blocks on any list field, not just form fields — useful for pre-existing data like language preference or client tier.

You can now use Dynamic Marketing Lists directly as campaign recipient lists — your audience updates automatically as contact data changes, so every send targets the right people.
Tips & Tricks:
Select a Dynamic List as your recipient list when creating a campaign — Nexl evaluates the list rules at send time, not when you draft.
Pair with the Preference Manager: opted-in contacts flow into the right campaigns automatically via their linked Preference Lists.
Build a Dynamic List filtered by practice area and engagement score for targeted BD outreach that stays current without manual upkeep.

A fully rebuilt in-house import experience — faster, available in all regions, with new validations, Add/Replace/Remove support for multi-select fields, and unarchive on import. The legacy flat-file import remains as a fallback.

Tips & Tricks:
Access the new import from any of: Import page, Contacts, Companies, Workspaces, or Marketing Lists — all trigger the same new experience.
Use Add/Replace/Remove on multi-select fields (Tags, Preferences, etc.) for precise data cleaning. Replace is destructive — use Add if you only want to append.
Include a Country column when importing address fields — City/State without Country is flagged invalid and blocks those records.
Use semicolons (not commas) to separate multiple values in multi-select cells — e.g. Tag1;Tag2;Tag3.
If the progress indicator shows 0% after confirming, check the Audit Trail on individual contacts — records process in the background.

Tips & Tricks:
Use manual enrichment before a key client meeting to ensure you have the most current job title, company, and contact details.
Check the Updated Contacts page after enrichment runs to see exactly what changed — useful for spotting job movers and relationship opportunities.
When a partner flags outdated contact info, manually trigger enrichment rather than waiting for the next automated cycle.

Build rule-based lists that automatically stay in sync with your contact data. Every select/multi-select Marketing Preference now generates its own Preference List automatically — no manual maintenance needed.

Tips & Tricks:
Navigate to Marketing Lists → New List → Dynamic. Set your filters (practice area, region, preferences, etc.) and the list will self-maintain.
Don't try to add/remove individual contacts — instead update the contact's data or adjust the filter rules. The list follows the rules, not manual edits.
Check Preference Lists: every opted-in preference option now has an auto-linked list. These feed directly into EMS campaigns.
When scheduling a campaign using a Dynamic List, Nexl checks the rules at send time — so the audience is always fresh, not stale from when you drafted it.
Pair Dynamic Lists with the new Preference Manager (Admin) to create end-to-end, self-service subscription management.

When importing contacts, include a "Phone Type" column in your CSV — it will be mapped automatically.

Audit existing contacts by exporting and checking which numbers have blank types — then bulk-update.

Tips & Tricks:
Switch to Board view on Opportunities to see a visual pipeline stage overview with live counts per stage.
Use Timeline view on Key Activities to visualise your BD calendar across the team.
Use the new multiselect field bulk action: select contacts → Edit Custom Field → choose Add / Replace / Remove / Clear All depending on your use case.
Admin/Manager roles get the new bulk edit actions by default; we recommend that you review permissions before rolling out to wider teams.
