New Nexl Mobile app
We’ve rebuilt Nexl Mobile from the ground up as a brand-new app with a cleaner design and faster performance. It runs on the same relationship data as Nexl, so everything lawyers see is captured automatically from Microsoft 365.
Meeting prep in seconds: Before a call or meeting, Nexl pulls together a summary of the contact, their company, and your firm’s history with them, so lawyers can walk in prepared.
Stay-in-touch reminders and drafted follow-ups: Nexl reminds lawyers when it’s time to check in with a contact and drafts the follow-up email for them.
Who knows who: See who at your firm knows a contact, how strong each relationship is, and when a contact changes roles or moves firms.
Business card scanner: Scan a business card at an event and Nexl adds the contact, their company, and their connection to your firm’s network to Nexl CRM.

Admins can now organize users into groups and manage access for a whole group at once, which makes onboarding and team changes much simpler to administer.

Nexl has completed its SOC 2 Type II audit, which independently tests how well our security controls operate over months of use. The report gives your IT and risk teams stronger evidence for vendor reviews and a clear answer when clients ask how their data is protected.
