Overview
We’re rolling out a visual refresh of the Nexl webapp in our April 2026 release. This update aligns the product with our new brand on https://nexl.cloud/ and across our communications.
What this means for you:
The app will look cleaner and more modern
Nothing about how you work in Nexl is changing
No action is required from your side
You’ll see the updated look in the Nexl webapp, the login experience, and system email notifications.
What has changed
You’ll notice a series of visual improvements throughout Nexl:
Brand & Interface
Updated Nexl logo in the app header, login screen, and system emails
New colour palette with higher contrast for better readability and a more polished feel
New typeface across the app to improve legibility at all sizes
Refined iconography with consistent style, stroke weight, and sizing
Screens & States
Redesigned login page to match our public website
New empty-state illustrations
Updated error and status pages (e.g. 404 and 500) using the new brand
Email notifications (including MagicBell-driven notifications) updated with the new logo and colours
Where relevant, your onboarding and training materials may show slightly different screens if they use older screenshots.
What hasn't changed
This is a visual refresh only. Nothing in your day-to-day workflows is being moved or removed.
All navigation, menus, and page layouts remain the same
All data (contacts, companies, interactions, lists, etc.) is unchanged
Existing workflows and shortcuts continue to work as before
Permissions, roles, and admin settings are untouched
No features have been removed or relocated
If someone in your firm asks, “Where did X go?” the answer is: It hasn’t moved — it just looks different.
Rollout & Timing
The visual refresh will be released as part of the April 2026 webapp release (projected to be mid‑April).
The update will roll out to all users in your Nexl environment at the same time.
Your firm does not need to do anything to receive the update.
The mobile app and Outlook add‑in are not included in this release. They will receive their own visual updates on separate timelines.
To find out more about the changes and enable the changes on your or other users accounts, please contact your CSM.
If you’re communicating this change to your teams, you can adapt the following:
“Nexl has refreshed the visual design of the webapp to match their new website and branding. You’ll see updated colours, fonts, and a cleaner interface, but all navigation, data, and workflows are exactly the same. This is about making Nexl feel more modern and consistent, without changing how you get things done.”
