Quick summary of the Nexl Mobile app features

This article will help you get started, navigate the app, manage your contacts, and effectively use the various features to enhance your productivity.

Navigating the App

The Nexl app is designed to streamline your workflow and keep you connected with your contacts and tasks. Here's a breakdown of the main features:

Icons

Description

Home: Access your Calendar, view upcoming meetings, and research contacts in advance. The Meetings tab provides key information like participants, company, activity, and news for easy pre-meeting preparation. The Dashboard shows you daily progress with Key Activities and due Tasks.

Contacts: View a list of all your contacts, and associated companies, and search the firm's entire database.

Tasks: Add new tasks, review current open tasks, completed tasks, and those assigned to others.

Opps: Track and view your current pipeline.

Add: Access features like adding contacts, logging activities, creating tasks, and scanning business cards.

More: Click to stay in touch with contacts, view lists, and personalize AI settings.

Home:

The mobile app's home page gives you quick access to your meetings, tasks, and key activities for the day, helping you focus on what matters most for your practice.

Calendar: Quickly view your upcoming external meetings, including participants, company, activity, due date, and priority.

Meeting Details: Each meeting entry when tapped shows participants, company, activity, due date, priority, and offers four action options:

  • Mark as completed

  • Update task

  • Generate AI Email

  • Edit (using the pencil icon at the top right)

Tasks and Key Activities: Access and manage your assigned tasks and activities.

Navigate Calendar: Tap the calendar icon to return to the current week.

Contacts

Contact List: Browse all your contacts and their associated companies. A search bar enables quick access to your firm’s contact database.

Contact Details: Tapping on a contact reveals:

  • Contact details such as Name, Email, Phone Numbers, Tags

  • Contacts Company information and recent news

  • Tasks involving the Contact

  • Who Knows the Contact

  • Recent Meetings, Activities, Notes and Opportunities associated with the Contact

Quick Actions in Contacts

Create an action with a Contact easily using the quick actions bar:

  • Set stay-in-touch reminders

  • Log new activities

  • Create tasks

  • Add contacts to the list.

  • Create a note

Updating your Contacts

You may want to update some of the details or add additional information such as Industry, Phone Numbers and more. You can also use Tags to organize your contacts better.

To update contact details, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the Contact or Company using the search bar.

  2. Open the contact or company record.

  3. Click on the pencil icon within the record.

  4. Apply your updates.

  5. Click on "Save."

AI Contact Summary in Seconds

Generate a concise summary of interactions with any contact, including key information and recent activities, all summarized on one page.


Key Steps:

  1. Open the contact in the Nexl mobile

  2. Tap the magic icon

  3. Key information and recent activities will be summarized clearly and concisely.

Stay in Touch with Contacts

Nurture your most important relationships with the "Stay in Touch" reminder feature:

  • Log into the Nexl mobile app and search for the contact.

  • Click on the contact and select the desired reminder time from the dropdown.

​Tasks

My Tasks: View and manage tasks assigned to you.

Delegated Tasks: Access tasks you have delegated to others.

Completed Tasks: Review both My Tasks and Delegated Tasks that have been marked completed.

Add Task Feature: Create new tasks with the following fields:

  • Task Title

  • Description

  • Date

  • Priority level

AI-Powered Follow-Up Emails on Tasks

After meeting with clients and contacts, you can seamlessly create follow-up tasks and generate draft emails in seconds.

  1. Select Task: select the task for which you want to follow up.

  2. Generate AI Email: If the Task has an associated Contact, Generate AI Email button will show, tap the button to instantly create a draft follow-up message.

  3. Review and Refine: You’ll be taken to your email application with a pre-filled draft email addressed to the contact associated with the task. Edit and refine the message as needed before sending.

With this new feature, Nexl Mobile helps you follow up faster, saving time and ensuring your communication is timely and impactful.

Opportunities

View all Opportunities you are involved in. Click on the cards to view opportunity details and update the opportunity status.


​Add​ Information to Nexl

You can add contacts, log activities and create tasks easily by clicking the Add button.

You can add new contacts by simply adding the email addresses of contacts or by scanning business cards of Contacts

  • Single Card: Scan a single card from your gallery or camera.

  • Multiple Cards: Scan multiple cards. You can also add an event name to log key activites and add those activities to a list while scanning the business cards.

AI Stay-in-Touch

To use the Nexl AI feature, navigate to the More section and click on the blue "Stay in Touch with your Contacts" card

Swipe right to strengthen automaticall generate an Email. Use the AI Settings button on the top right hand corner to adjust your message tone, language and specify additional prompts.

More

Workspace Lists: Organize your workspaces and view your workspace lists.

App Lists: Access and manage your app lists.

Activity Lists: View and manage activity lists.

Logout: Securely log out of your account.
