We’ve upgraded the Nexl mobile app
Nexl for Lawyers is built around how lawyers work between meetings, with meeting reminders, who-knows-who and quick capture of activities, notes and business cards in one place. It will replace Nexl360 Mobile from late 2026.

What you'll need
An active Nexl user account. If you can sign in to Nexl on the web, you can use the app.
An iPhone on iOS 16.4 or later, or an Android phone on Android 8.0 or later.
The Nexl for Lawyers app from the App Store or Google Play. If your firm manages phones with Microsoft Intune, install it from Company Portal.
Your work Microsoft, Google or SSO account. Personal Gmail and Outlook accounts can't be used.
What the mobile app is built for
The Nexl Mobile app is built for lawyers and partners on the move. It puts the relationship context you need before and after a meeting in your pocket, so you spend less time at your desk updating records.
Three jobs shape the app:
Plan your day: Home shows your meetings, tasks and notes in one view.
Walk into every meeting prepared: A reminder arrives shortly before each meeting with an external contact, with who you're meeting, who-knows-who, open opportunities, recent news and notes from earlier meetings.
Capture what happened: Log the activity, add a note or create a task while it's fresh, and scan the business cards you collected.
Stay in touch with clients: Be reminded when it’s been a long time since you’ve reached out to important clients, and keep those relationships warm.
How it differs from Nexl on the web
Nexl on the web is where your firm runs its relationship intelligence: building lists and workspaces, managing campaigns and events, reporting, and setting up the firm's growth system. The mobile app focuses on the individual lawyer's day.

Not available on mobile
The mobile app covers the actions lawyers take most often between meetings. These features stay on Nexl on the web for now:
A dedicated Opportunities page. You can view opportunities on contact and company pages.
A dedicated Notes page with filters.
Building and managing lists, workspaces, campaigns, forms and reports. In mobile, you can only view your workspaces and their lists in My Workspaces.

Moving from the old Nexl360 Mobile app
Nexl for Lawyers replaces the Nexl360 mobile app. Your data is the same in both, so there's nothing to transfer, however, there are a few things you should know:
Install the new app: It doesn't update over the old one. Install Nexl for Lawyers, sign in, then remove the old app when your firm says so.
A new Home: Meetings, tasks and notes now sit together on one page.
Meeting reminders with context: Mobile push notifications open straight into meeting details, with who-knows-who, opportunities, news and earlier notes.
