Calendar Improvements
You can now view key activities, tasks, and external meetings all in one place—allowing lawyers and BD teams to use the calendar as a powerful planning and project management tool. Easily track upcoming BD activities and see which tasks are due and when. With multiple views—month, work week, week, and agenda—you can seamlessly switch from a high-level overview to day-to-day details. We have also removed the restriction on the dates you can view on the calendar.
The new key activity and meeting sliders make it simpler to distinguish between internal and external contacts. Plus, the new color-coded system adds a vibrant touch to your calendar.
Contact and Marketing List Cleaner
We're introducing a new List Cleaner to feature to help you validate emails on your contact and marketing lists. You will now be able to categorize emails into various risk categories for deliverability, and remove high-risk emails that are undeliverable. This will help ensure your emails have high deliverability, protecting your domain reputation.
You will also be able to remove contacts that have bounced, unsubscribed, or have not provided explicit consent. If you're using our email marketing system, you will be prompted to clean the list prior to sending email campaigns, and we will automatically prevent sending emails to high-risk emails. You can access this feature under Actions on Marketing Lists, from More Options in Contact Lists, or by clicking Verify List from a Campaign.
You can find our more details on risk status, result and reason in this help article
Introducing Activity Lists
You can now create Activity Lists in Workspaces and view the activities in all new Timeline View. You can add Key Activities such as BD, Marketing or Lead activities in these Activity Lists—by either creating them within the List, or by adding existing activities. If you're planning activities and scheduling meetings for conferences (like IBA 2024!) you can add those activities to the Activity List and view all the meetings in the Timeline View. Other use cases include adding the Activity List in Personal or Sector Business Plans and keeping track of both past and upcoming activities in one place.
Private Notes
You can now specify if you would like a note to be visible to everyone in the firm or just privately for you. On creating or updating a note, simply select "Firm-wide" for everyone to see it, or "Private" if you want it to be visible only to you.
This new option provides more flexibility in recording notes on clients and companies. For previously created public notes, only the original creators can make them private.
We are also now indicating the creator as well as the person who last updated the notes in the UI. Please note, this feature is currently available only on the web app and not yet in the Outlook add-in.
Remove Bounced Contact Tag
You can now remove the bounced email tag from contacts in the Data Cleaner. This will enable sending email campaigns to users that could have potentially been marked as bounced due to issues such as full mailboxes.
Custom fields on Sent Referrals
You can now add custom fields on sent referrals. This feature allows you to add extra details that you may want to record on sent referrals, in addition to the default fields we provide.
You can use it record details like next steps, opportunity value, or referral types—for example, if you wish to track local vs international referrals, or any other relevant information. Please let our team know about new custom fields you would like to record so that we can configure it for you!
Multiple Company Types
You can now assign a company to multiple company types, which will help to categorize companies more accurately. You will be able to filter for multiple types on various lists, and also be able to see multiple types in different locations throughout the platform (such as Company Lists, Opportunities, etc.). This is available as a configuration in this release so if you would like to access this feature, please inform our client services team.
