Introducing the My Lists page—a streamlined way to easily find, create and share lists in Nexl.

The My Lists page centralizes all your lists in one convenient location, making it easy to view, access, and manage everything in one place.

Getting Started

My Lists is a new navigation item for all users of Nexl.

Create a List

Navigate to the My Lists page under the Personal menu, where you can easily create a new list. Just select the type—contacts, companies, or a generic list—and give it a name to get started.

Share a List

After creating your list, sharing it is simple. Just click More options, invite the team member, and they’ll receive a notification with access to the list instantly.

Open a List

There are 2 ways to open a List.

  1. If it’s a workspace list it will open within the Workspace

  2. If’s it’s not a workspace list it will open directly form the My Lists page.

Find a List

The My Lists page makes it easy to find any list you have access to. Use Created by Me to view your own lists, Shared with Me for lists others have shared with you, and Recently Viewed Lists to quickly access Marketing, Workspace, and App Lists you've recently opened. Can’t find a list? Simply search for it by name, or filter by Workspace or App name under Workspace or App Lists.

Managing Permissions

You can also remove share for someone in a List by simply clicking more options and clicking Access tab and removing the user. Once you remove the Share Access, users will lose access to the list and will not see the List under their My Lists.
