With views, you can now visualize the information in your project list in the way you want to. This feature allows you to view different type of information in different ways without making any changes to the underlying data. You can create different views for your project list, such as a table view, kanban view, and calendar view. In this article, we will explain how to use views to better organize and manage your project list.

This feature is currently available in beta. Please provide us with feedback by messaging us to improve the feature

See it all in action

Creating a Table View

The table view is a great way to get an overview of your data in a table format. To create a table view, simply click on the "Views" button at the top of your project list and select "Table View" from the drop-down menu. You can then apply and save filters to your view without changing the default table. This allows you to customize your view without affecting the original table.

TIP: If you would like to remove some columns to see only the information that you want, you can create a separate view without deleting those column of data. This ensures that your colleagues who may want to see different information won't be affected by your change.

Creating a Kanban View

If you prefer a more visual representation of your project list, you can create a kanban view. This view allows you to see information such as RSVP and attendance status in a kanban board format. To create a kanban view, click on the "Views" button and select "Kanban View" from the drop-down menu. You can also save multiple kanban views for different purposes.

NOTE: You will need at least one select or multiselect field to create a Kanban view

Creating a Calendar View

The calendar view is perfect for keeping track of important dates and deadlines. To create a calendar view, click on the "Views" button and select "Calendar View" from the drop-down menu. You can then see all your project items in a calendar format. We have also introduced an agenda view in the calendar, which allows you to better visualize meeting details.

NOTE: You will need at least one date field to create a Calendar view
