When merging two companies in the system, certain data fields are transferred (merged) from the unselected company into the selected company, while others are not merged and remain exclusive to the selected company or are permanently removed.

1. Data from the Unselected Company That Is Merged into the Selected Company
When two companies are merged, the following data from the unselected company is automatically moved or transferred to the selected company:

Company Domains | The unselected company’s domains are transferred to the selected company. |
Opportunities | All opportunities linked to the unselected (“from”) company are moved to the selected (“into”) company. |

2. Data from the Unselected Company That Is Not Merged into the Selected Company
The following data fields remain exclusive to the selected company and are not transferred from the unselected company during a merge. In some cases, data from the unselected company is permanently deleted.
