The text formatting toolbar is a powerful tool that allows you to enhance the appearance of your text, making it more engaging, readable, and tailored to your needs. This guide will walk you through each feature of the toolbar, explaining what it does and how to use it effectively.

The text formatting toolbar is available in the following content blocks:

Merge tags

Merge tags in emails act as placeholders that get replaced with actual values when the email is sent. They can be specific to the recipient (like first name, email, or address) or apply system-wide (such as today’s date or the sender’s name).

You can insert merge tags either in the workspace settings or directly within the builder’s stage.

Special Links

The Campaign Editor offers an advanced linking feature called Special Links. This option allows you to insert links that go beyond standard URLs.

Special links option provides more advanced linking capabilities, such as linking to a view in a browser link.
