Saving Nexl Engage Campaigns as PDF

Saving your campaigns as PDFs for secure storage, offline access, and easy sharing.

You can save a Nexl Engage Campaign or Template either from your email client such as Outlook or via the Browser. We have provided the details for Outlook and via Browser in this help article

Option 1: Save an email as PDF via Outlook

  1. Open the email message you want to save as a PDF.

  2. In the message window, click on the "..." (More options) button to reveal additional actions.

  3. Select "Print" from the dialog box that appears.

  4. In the pop-up window, select "Print" once more.

  5. In the dialog box, set "Destination" to "Save as PDF."

  6. Select "All" or "Custom" for the pages you wish to include.

  7. Click the dropdown arrow next to "More Settings."

  8. Choose your preferred paper size.

  9. Adjust options like paper size, pages per sheet, margins, and scale as needed.

  10. Within the "Options" checkbox, you can enable:

    1. Headers and Footers

    2. Background Graphics

  11. When you’re happy with the preview, click "Save."

  12. Rename the file and choose your desired location to save it.

  13. Your email is now saved as a PDF!

Option 2: Save an email as PDF via view in a browser.

  1. Begin by sending yourself an email from the campaign.

    Open the email in Outlook, then click on "View in Browser."

  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and choose "Print."

  3. In the print dialog, "Destination," select "Save as PDF."

  4. Choose either "All" or "Custom" for the pages you want to include.

  5. Select either "Portrait" or "Landscape" for the layout orientation.

  6. Click on the dropdown arrow for "More Settings."

  7. Select the preferred paper size.

  8. Adjust settings such as paper size, pages per sheet, margins, and scale as needed.

  9. In the "Options" checkbox, you can select:

    1. Headers and Footers

    2. Background Graphics

  10. Once satisfied with the preview, click "Save."

  11. Rename the file and select your preferred location to save it.

  12. Your email is now saved as a PDF file.

NOTE: If emails are too long, the entire content may not be saveable asPDF. In which case, we recommend saving using your email client
