Using Tasks on NEXL CRM is a great way to activate your business plan. Tasks allow you to set very concrete actions that will help you achieve your objectives.

There are a couple of places where you can create Tasks within NEXL. You can do so (i) directly using the icon on the blue Top Menu (extreme right), (ii) from within a Company record, or (iii) from within an individual Contact.

Look out for this icon, that will open the Task pop-up window.

In the Task window, you can associate the task to a company, provide a brief description, set the deadline, and assign the task to someone within the Firm.

So, yes, you can assign tasks to others within the firm. When you so do, your colleagues will find their task under the "Tasks" section in the NEXL Personal View.
